Book direct and save
- No cleaning fee. Airbnb charges $350; booking direct skips it.
- 5% off the Airbnb nightly rates on every direct booking.
- 15% off for stays of 4–6 nights, on top of the 5%.
- 20% off for stays of 7–27 nights, on top of the 5%.
- 35% off for stays of 28+ nights, on top of the 5% (the total discount is capped at 35%).
- There is no 3-night discount. Length-of-stay discounts apply to peak weekends but not to holiday-rate nights (Christmas week, MLK and Presidents' weekends, Presidents' Week); the other nights of those stays still get them.
- Vermont rooms tax of 9% is added to direct bookings. No other fees.
Minimum stays
- A weekend-only stay (Friday and Saturday nights) can be 2 nights. Any stay that includes a Sunday-to-Thursday night is 3 nights or more.
- MLK weekend (Fri, Jan 15 to Mon, Jan 18): Friday check-in is 3 nights, Saturday check-in is 2 nights; no Sunday check-ins and no Saturday or Sunday check-outs.
- Presidents' weekend (Fri, Feb 12 to Mon, Feb 15): Friday check-in is 3 nights, Saturday check-in is 2 nights; no Sunday check-ins and no Saturday or Sunday check-outs.
- Whole-inn rentals only; individual rooms are not rented separately.
