A cannabis-friendly inn, with a dispensary next door
The Salt Ash Inn is a cannabis-friendly property. Our next-door neighbor on Route 100A is Green Union Dispensary, a licensed, grower-owned Vermont cannabis store, a short walk from the parking lot.
Green Union Dispensary
Green Union is the second driveway from the corner of Route 100 and 100A, just past the inn. It is run by the people who grow the flower, and the counter staff can walk you through what they carry. Vermont law: 21 and over with ID.

The grow next door: First Chair Farms
The flower on Green Union's shelves is grown in the same building, upstairs from the store, by First Chair Farms, a licensed Vermont craft cannabis farm. Small batches, grown and trimmed next door to the inn.
House rules at the inn
- No smoking of anything indoors. It is a 200-year-old wooden building.
- Smoking is fine anywhere outside. Please put butts and ends in the cans by the doors, never on the ground; they are toxic to dogs and wildlife.
