Kitchen
The inn used to run a restaurant, and the kitchen still has the bones of one: a big commercial sink with a high-pressure sprayer, stainless prep space and room for several people to cook at once.
Cooking is on a regular full-size Samsung range (the old commercial range is still in the room but is not connected). Pots, pans, dishes and the basics are stocked. If you would rather not cook, ask us about local chefs who cater group dinners at the inn.
Good to know
- Turn on the vent fan when you cook; the switch is on the cabinet to the right below the sink.
- The old commercial range and the glass sanitizer are not connected.
- A fire extinguisher is in the kitchen; use it first if you ever need to.
